Our story
Sharing joy since 2014.
Because I really love mochi.
But my love for mochi is about much more than taste.
It carries memories of childhood, family and home.
When I was a child, my mum often bought mochi for me.
When I grew up, I bought it for myself.
Then I became a mum, and I found myself buying mochi for my own daughter — just as my mum once did for me.
Now, living away from Hong Kong, I have learned to make it myself.
And I realised that mochi can carry something much bigger than flavour.
It carries memories.
A taste can take us back to childhood.
To family. To a familiar place. To a moment we thought we had forgotten.
Sometimes, when life doesn’t turn out quite the way we hoped, a small moment of comfort can mean more than we realise.
And now, I want to share that feeling with you.
Today, people from many different countries and cultural backgrounds across the UK come to try our mochi.
They may come from different places and have different stories.
But perhaps we all know that feeling:
the taste of something that reminds us of home.
I didn’t create mochi. I simply found a way to share joy through it.Follow our everyday moments on Facebook

For the best texture and flavour, enjoy your mochi at room temperature.
Our fresh mochi is best enjoyed within 2 days.
You can freeze your mochi for up to 2 weeks.
Keep them well sealed to help protect their soft texture and flavour.
Take the mochi out of the freezer and leave it sealed at room temperature for around 1 hour until soft.
For a quick treat, you can also microwave it for around 5–10 seconds. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave.
We recommend not storing mochi in the fridge, as the cold temperature can make the rice dough firm and affect its soft, chewy texture.
Best enjoyed soft, fresh and at room temperature.
